At the moment of acceptance aimed at completing the booking
procedure for the chosen service, the guest accepts the general and tariff conditions,
relating to the cancellation terms of the reservation as provided for by the chosen
tariff and to the payment of the reservation within the aforementioned cancellation
terms.

Processing of personal data (Information pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 30/6/2003 n. 196 and consent).
The personal data requested as part of this booking, the failure to provide which determines the
impossibility of continuing with the booking itself, will be processed mainly using IT and telematic
methods for the sole purposes connected to the regular conduct of the stay.
The data controller is the company Granducato Immobiliare S.r.l., which the interested party may
contact to exercise the rights referred to in the art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
